Our objective is to deliver reliable, professional and value-for-money solutions while maintaining high standards of quality, integrity and customer service.
 
Although Southwood Infrastructure Partners LTD. is not currently certified to ISO 9001:2015, the company operates an internal Quality Management System based upon the key principles of ISO 9001, including customer focus, leadership, process management, risk-based thinking and continual improvement.
 
2. Scope
 
This policy applies to all business activities undertaken by Southwood Infrastructure Partners LTD., including:
 

  • Procurement and supply of goods and equipment;

  • Infrastructure and project-related consultancy services;

  • Supply chain management;
